Consists of a delicious salad to start, followed by a main course of pre-sliced entrecôte with our fabulous sauce. The entrecôte is served - with French fries - in two rounds, and is best enjoyed "saignant", meaning rare. L'Entrecôte et les Dames works exclusively with beef raised under natural conditions.
